This is our covenant of trust — extended to those who enter our atelier.
To create a singular, immortal gold bust from your essence, we must receive what is more precious than any metal: your likeness, your vision, your trust. What follows is how we honor this privilege — without exception, without compromise.
I. What We Receive
We receive only what the creation demands.
From your application:
- —Your full name.
- —Your email address.
- —Any personal reflections you choose to share.
From your essence:
- —The portraits you entrust to us, selected by you to inspire your bust. These are handled with the reverence reserved for the irreplaceable. They serve one purpose alone — your creation — and their journey concludes the moment your bust is born.
From your visit to this site:
- —Standard digital traces. We do not follow you across the web. We do not build profiles. We do not sell attention. Such practices are beneath the atelier.
II. Why We Receive It
- —To sculpt you with absolute fidelity.
- —To communicate with you, and only you, about your commission.
- —To protect the sanctity of our private domain.
Your trust is never monetized. Never shared. Never exposed — except to the hands that craft your legacy.
III. How We Honor It
Your portraits and correspondence are treated as extensions of your self. They are shielded with the same absolute care we accord the gold in our vaults. No outside eyes. No third hands.
IV. Your Sovereign Rights
At any time, and without justification, you may:

- —Correct anything we hold.
- —Request its complete removal.

We honor every right granted by the data protection laws of your jurisdiction.
V. The Single Exception
We would only disclose your information if compelled by a lawful court order. Should this ever occur, we will notify you immediately — and resist with every power the law provides.
VI. The Journey's End
Correspondence is retained for a short while after your commission, solely for archival honor. Your portraits' purpose is fulfilled the moment your gold is revealed. They leave no trace.
VII. Children
This atelier exists for those of enduring stature. We do not knowingly receive data from anyone under the age of eighteen.
